As part of the Erasmus+ ESGCA project, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted an international seminar “ESG: Environmental Aspect”, dedicated to the environmental dimension of sustainable development.

Participants discussed contemporary environmental challenges, climate change issues, the rational use of natural resources, the transition to a low-carbon economy, and the role of universities in promoting an environmental culture.

The seminar was attended by representatives of universities, government agencies, and international experts from the European Union and Central Asia.

Significance for the European Documentation Center

Participation in the seminar helped strengthen cooperation among universities in the region and enabled the adoption of best European practices in the development of ESG educational programs.
